Q:  Why I am not able to see or acquire permits?

A:  Make sure that you have taken the safety brief quiz. The quiz is located on my accounts home page under the survey tab or my safety brief tab. Once you have taken the quiz the permits will be available for purchase.   

Q:  Once I'm logged in, why can't I get back to the home page?

A:  To get back to the home page, click the log out button in the top, right corner.  That seems to be the best way to get out of the "accounts" section back to the main entry pages with all the information.  We appologize for the inconvenience and are working on the issue

Q:  Is there a problem with the  Safety Quiz and/or the Safety Training?

A:  The Safety Quiz is under construction and is not quite ready yet.  Go ahead and click on the link for the link for the quiz and then click submit.  It should come back and say you scored 100%.  Once you have done that, you should be able to see permits available for purchase.  If not, please contact one of the POC's on the POC page.  To view the Safety Brief, go to the Safety page under the Home Tab.
